Tamiya Mini - 6 Minute Qualifiers, 10 Minute Mains
Tamiya Canada Rules Apply Unless Otherwise Stated:
- Only Tamiya MO3,MO3M, MO3L, MO4L, and MO4M.
- For CLUB racing, ANY reasonably fitting body is permitted.
- For trophy races, only Tamiya bodies permitted.
- Only Tamiya Hop-Ups allowed, no chassis lightening allowed.
- M04 may be shortened from "long" to "medium" length, when doing so, only 60D tires and medium length bodies (Eunos Roadster and Alfa Romeo GTA) can be used.
- 26mm tires ONLY for cars featuring S2000, BMW M Roadster, 911, Boxster, SLK bodies.
- Tamiya rubber tires only, no foam tires.
- No wings allowed, unless it comes with the body.
- Wheels & tires must be inside the body at all for corners.
- Chassis’s drive must follow the type of body that you are using. (i.e. No RWD Mini Coopers)
- Pinion gears must be as follows, MO3/MO3L max of 20T pinion, MO4L with 26mm tires max of 17T pinion, MO4M with 60D tires max of 19T pinion.
- Hand-out motors will be provided.
- Battery can be up any battery up to 3000mah or an Orion 2400 LiPo.
Gran Turismo Stock RUBBER - 6 Minute Races
- Any 4WD touring chassis or Tamiya chassis.
- Any ROAR legal 6 cell or Lipo battery.
- Any ROAR legal stock motor or 17.5 brushless motor.
- Minimum weight 53 ounces (1500 grams).
- Any 190MM body.
- 5mm MINIMUM ride height.
Gran Turismo Stock FOAM - 6 Minute Races
- Any 4WD touring chassis or Tamiya chassis.
- Any ROAR legal 6 cell or LiPo battery.
- Any ROAR legal stock motor or 17.5 Brushless motor.
- Minimum weight 50 ounces (1418 grams).
- Any 190MM body.
- 4mm MINIMUM ride height.
Stock 1/12 Scale - 8 Minute Races
- Any 1/12 scale 2WD chassis.
- Any ROAR legal 4 cell battery.
- ANY ROAR legal stock motor or 17.5 brushless.
- Minimum weight 28 ounces (795 grams).
- Any body is legal.
- 3mm MINIMUM ride height.
Vintage Trans Am - 6 Minute Races
- Any 4WD touring chassis or Tamiya chassis.
