The stuff does not belong to us. This rule will have to be strictly enforced. If you (or anybody with you I.E. kids) are caught messing around with the Karate Club's equipment, you will be asked to leave and your race fee will not be refunded. Stay in our designated areas. We are allowed to use the washrooms. But again:
** DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING ELSE IN THE BUILDING **
**DO NOT MESS WITH THE LAP COUNTING COMPUTER, EVER!! DO NOT CHANGE ANY OF THE SETTINGS!! THEY ARE SET THAT WAY FOR A REASON!!** Please don't mess with ANY of the computers belonging to the shop. That includes installing any software that I don't know about, and using them without asking the owners. Thank you.
Please clean up after yourself. We should not have to stay behind for an extra 2 hours to clean up after everybody. There will be garbage receptacles available, so please use them and clean up after yourselves.
The official traction compound is: JACK THE GRIPPER **NO EXCEPTIONS** We found this to have the lowest and most unintrusive smell out of all the ones we tried.
If you crash, STAY OFF the throttle until the marshall completely puts you down.
No foul or abusive language will be tolerated.
No yelling at corner marshalls. We know you can get excited when a marshall doesn't see your vehicle. If you do end up yelling, apologize immediately after the race to the person (marshall or driver) on the receiving end. The marshalls are there to help you and they all marshall differently.
You MUST marshall after your race. We shouldn't have to call for marshalls. If you are racing back to back races, find someone to marshall for you.
Do not cut the track.
Please use the frequency clips during practice to avoid conflicts.
Please be ready to race! We will not wait for you if you are not ready.
It is your responsibility to have the correct transponder in your car, if you are not sure what transponder you should use, just ask somebody and they'll be glad to help you out.
The use of reverse is prohibited during races.
Do not cut across the track or the drivers stand while a race is in progress, it's distracting and you can temporarily block their view
All racers must be registered and have the entrance fee paid 15 mins before racing begins.
A body must be securely attached to your vehicle at all times.
